The latest reading marked a further stabilization in sentiment amid government energy measures, with both economic conditions (-17.9 vs -22.2) and income expectations (-54.3 vs -60.5) increasing. Meantime, the willingness to buy was marginally lower (-18.6 vs -17.5), as consumers are still putting aside money in anticipation of exploding energy bills in the coming months.
